Appointment Etiquette

Respect the value of your time and mine. Keeping appointments and punctuality are vital components of a successful training program. There is a 15 minute grace-period, but as always, communication is key. Life happens :)

Payment and Refund Policies

Investing in your health is an investment in yourself. Payments are required following the session. Should a client arrive late or have a late cancellation, all sessions following will require payment upfront.
